The Oakley 5k Freedom Run has been cancelled for 2009. The race will be back July 3rd 2010. Registration for the 07/03/2010 race will begin in January 2010.
Thank you for your interest in our race. Please plan to participate in the Oakley 5k race next year.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. The race was cancelled due to a last minute drop out of staffing to support the race. We plan to begin recruiting more volunteers for the 2010 race immediately to avoid a repeat of this problem. If you have any volunteer referrals please let us know.

Utah Runner's Coalition is a fun interactive club that hosts races and recreational/running activities. Let us help you find Utah races. Many fun events and activities are offered each year to give everyone the opportunity to have a great time no matter what age you are or what your running ability may be! One of these fun events is the Oakley, Utah 5k race!
What We Do
Utah is an amazing state with many things to offer. One aspect of the state that makes Utah so unique is it's diverse recreational opportunities. Many people desire to engage in these activities but do not know where to go or do not have others to share the experience with. Utah Runner's Coalition provides these opportunities to it's members. URC holds activities throughout the year in many locations throughout the state. Some of these activities include runs, races, hikes, and other activities.
